Manual buttons are for basic functions like power on/off, video input selection, TV channel up/down and volume control. 

Advanced features like Picture-In-Picture, Mute, On-Screen system menu are available through the IR remote.

The RF input of this TV tuner converter supports worldwide analog RF TV channel frequencies and standards including NTSC, PAL B/G/D/K/I, PAL M/N and SECAM.

It works for all regions in the world and able to decode all standard analog cable TV channels. [Note: This tuner does not support decoding of UHF/VHF channels]
