Our Shipping Services
General Shipping ServicesWe uses FedEx ground, FedEx Express and postal services for processing all of our domestic shipments.
For regular shipping services, we use FedEx ground and US POST (USPS priority mail shipping). Unless customers specify the favorite regular shipping service, the ground track shipping option of using US post or FedEx ground will be subject to our best discretion.
We also ship international orders to to all foreign countries could be processed via either US Post (USPS Priority Mail International) or FedEx. Unless customers specify the favorite shipping service, the international shipping option of using US post or FedEx will be subject to our best discretion.
Daily Express Shipping Cut-Off TimeFor all domestic express/overnight shipping services, our daily shipping cut-off time is 1:00 PM (PST). After 1:00pm, all orders with express shipping requests will be processed on the next business day and we do not ship orders over the weekends.
If your billing address does not match with the credit card’s issuing bank’s record or the shipping address is different than the billing address of the credit card , your purchase will be subject to further verification, which may cause a delay in processing the order.
Change / Cancellation Of Shipment
Customers may make a change or cancel order as long as the order has not yet
been shipped. Please contact us by phone immediately during our normal
business hours to make any changes or to cancel orders. Please
do not request a change or cancellation via email as we may not receive it in
time or your email may simply do not come through to us. If your order has been
shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive the package and contact us
to get the return authorization number before return. As we process
the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers'
requirements and specifications. In return, we would like the customer to treat
the purchases seriously.
Ground Shipping Services
Typically packages weight under 1 pound are
shipped via US Priority Mail and heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground
unless specified by customers. Unless customers specify
the favorite regular shipping service, the ground track shipping option of using US post or FedEx
ground will be subject to
our best discretion.
Regular ground shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories are processed via priority mail services. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau.
International Shipping Services
International shipments to all foreign countries could be processed via
either US Post (USPS Priority Mail International) or FedEx.
Unless customers specify the favorite shipping service, the international shipping option of using US post or FedEx will be subject to our best discretion. The typical transit time for Priority Mail International shipments is 6 to 10 days on average from US customs to the local customs. The transmit time for FedEx shipping is estimated tol be about 1 week.
Duties and Taxes For International Orders
The possible import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments are
NOT included in the product price or shipping
cost. It is the international buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. Those charges, if incurred, will be collected upon delivery by the freight carriers on behalf of
each country's customs office.
We use FedEx as our main express carrier for all domestic orders with express shipping requests and they provide the following services:
- FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery.
- FedEx 2Day for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.
- FedEx Express Saver for guaranteed delivery within 3 business days
The United States Postal Service provides Priority Mail shipping as a speedy solution to get packages across the country in just a few days.
FedEx Ground - Estimated Transit Time
FedEx Ground has sophisticated tracking capabilities and your package will be scanned at many transit points throughout
its route to your destination. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Most packages will arrive in 2 days but transit time starts when your package leaves our facility. See the above "Shipping Details" for more information about processing time.
